With a successful 2016 Formula One USGP in the books, Circuit of the Americas welcomes the 2016 US Vintage National Championship to COTA this weekend, November 5th and 6th. The US Vintage National Championship is a great event for the family. Prices are $49 per person for the 2-day weekend pass, with kids 12-and-under admitted free (when accompanied by a paying adult). Parking is free.

COTA promises 400+ race cars from around the world will be in attendance, up close and personal. You can walk among your favorites, since all tickets include access to the paddock, general admission areas and all of the grandstands. And it’s not just Vintage Racing at COTA this weekend. There’s much more.

The HAGERTY SHOW AND SHINE CAR SHOW runs all day Saturday, and ends with a late afternoon lap around the COTA track for all Show and Shine car entrants.

JAGUAR CARS will be at the track presenting their Jaguar Driving Experience, where you can get behind the wheel of a Jaguar over a challenging autocross course, alongside professional Jaguar racing drivers. And LAND ROVER has constructed an offroad-specific course at COTA for the weekend, where you can put a new Land Rover through its paces.

LEGO will have its Hybrid LeMans Race Car on display. The model is constructed of approximately 375,000 LEGO bricks on one half, and carbon fiber with a honeycomb aluminum core on the other half.

The MOTOSTALGIA COLLECTOR CAR AUCTION will take place from 5pm – 9pm on Saturday in the Media Center area. And last (but certainly not least), country legend Charlie Daniels will perform in concert at the track on Saturday night. What could be more vintage than Charlie?

For those race fans that can never get enough BBQ (and who can?), there will be a Texas BBQ dinner starting at 5:00 pm on Saturday. Tickets for the BBQ are an additional $30 per person, and will be sold separately at the door.

Gates will open at 8:00 am on both Saturday and Sunday for two full days of vintage racing, plus a contemporary Trans-Am race tossed into the mix.

For those unable to make both days of racing, Saturday and Sunday tickets will be available individually for $30 per day. As usual, it looks to be a great weekend of racing and entertainment, whether you make it out to the track for one day or both. For more information, go to circuitoftheamericas.com
