For anyone reading this online – and that’s all of you – the widening availability of online shopping, buying and selling won’t come as a surprise. Nor should the availability of a new app – enabling same – which emanates from Austin catch you off-guard. You thought, of course, most Austin residents spent their days skinny dipping and nights bar hopping, but apparently some works gets done, and a new(ish) app, Blinker, is here to prove it.
