America Packs a Small Punch: The 2011 Ford Fiesta

America is known for big cars, and lets face it, we like big cars. Even foreign companies that make great small cars in the rest of the world don’t usually attempt to bring them to the US because they know they will almost certainly be a sales flop. Or would they? When gas prices skyrocketed back in 2008, we had more demand than ever for small fuel efficient cars. Now that the cost of a tankfull has come back down to reality, is their still a demand? I think we are about to find out. › Continue reading

Cinderella: About the Author

Kevin Stang

Kevin and his 98 Mustang Project Build

When I bought my 1998 Mustang GT a few years ago, I just got it because I was tired of driving slow trucks. I’ve had a couple trucks through high school and college, and wanted to have a sense of freedom and speed, so I went out and found my “Stang”. I always thought of it as just another car, and didn’t realize the following that the Mustang has. Car clubs, forums, and race days are just a few examples of different ways that Mustang drivers can meet up and check out each other’s cars. I have recently decided that I want to build my 98 GT and just have it as a daily driver/race car; built for a track, but comfortable and fun on the streets. Now, I know that 96-98 GT’s aren’t known for being the most popular mustangs, and yes they came with the least amount of horsepower to ever come in a Mustang GT, but I’m definitely going to change that when I get finished with this build. Here is a list of mods that I have done to my car so far and the mods that are soon to come… › Continue reading

2010 Mustang GT vs 2010 Camaro SS

Some wars have been waging since the dawn of society with race vs. race, religion vs. religion, king vs. king. Other battles that are more short-lived but still remembered to this day like the Battle of the Alamo or the Battle of Waterloo. Day 7 2010 Shelby GT500

Day 7 with the 2010 Shelby GT500 was by far the most fun we had all week. We worked hard and tried to get lots of video and pictures of the car to show to you guys. As we talk about in the video, after tearing up the streets of Texas for a week in the GT500 we were never faced with an obstacle that the car couldn’t handle. Ford, SVT, and Shelby have made a great car with this one and we cant wait to check out the 2011 GT500 with the all aluminum block!

Till then, check out our video! › Continue reading

Day5 Shelby GT500

Today we went from rain to freezing weather to snow here in Dallas and unfortunately didn’t get the chance to shoot any video of the GT500 today. What I thought I would do, though, is take some time and relate our thoughts on the GT500 now that we have had 5 days behind the wheel. We also give a big shout out to some local guys in the car fanatic realm that we often talk to and who have helped us along our way. If we didn’t mention you, sorry we’ll get around to it!

Check out the video after the jump! › Continue reading
