After seeing the new 2010 Kizashi we are now getting some spy shots of the new 2011 Swift from Suzuki. The swift has been a great selling car in Europe and other parts of the world for a long time now, in 2008 when Suzuki was getting serious about bringing it to the US market. To offer a fuel efficient car in the midst of the fuel crisis would have been the best play for Suzuki but sadly the current Swift would not meet US government restrictions and it was too expensive to revise the current car to meet those standards. So Suzuki put off bringing the Swift to the US till it was time to revise design on all Swifts. Continue reading →

Well it’s that time! We are looking at spy shots of the new Swift in testing. Arguably this vehicle should be ready to take on European, Japanese, and US standards to be a new global vehicle for Suzuki. If they do offer it in the US they will not offer the diesel engines like the other models but it will still be a car to stand in line for.
