Scion showed off, for the first time on American soil, the FR-S Drifter. We like the drifter with it’s 600 hp, but we’re really excited to get the chance to take the FR-S out on the streets and maybe even to Texas Motorsport Ranch for a little track fun. Continue reading
2011 Scion tC Coupe
Last year, Adam had the chance to attend the special launch of the 2011 Scion tC in Austin, Texas. He had the opportunity to spend a little time in different models of the tC, powering this little coupe through the hills and twisties in and around Austin, and published a great First Drive write-up of the car. Texas Motor Speedway is hosting the Scion Drag-N-Brag Program debuting this evening and expecting a large turnout. With around 250 competitors expected for the event the stands should be packed as will. The event is being held as an attempt to help curb illegal street racing. The event will also feature the “first” Fourth of July Fireworks Display.
