After seeing the new 2010 Kizashi we are now getting some spy shots of the new 2011 Swift from Suzuki. The swift has been a great selling car in Europe and other parts of the world for a long time now, in 2008 when Suzuki was getting serious about bringing it to the US market. To offer a fuel efficient car in the midst of the fuel crisis would have been the best play for Suzuki but sadly the current Swift would not meet US government restrictions and it was too expensive to revise the current car to meet those standards. So Suzuki put off bringing the Swift to the US till it was time to revise design on all Swifts.
Well it’s that time! We are looking at spy shots of the new Swift in testing. Arguably this vehicle should be ready to take on European, Japanese, and US standards to be a new global vehicle for Suzuki. If they do offer it in the US they will not offer the diesel engines like the other models but it will still be a car to stand in line for.

I just hope its as good as the Euro Swift we all love!
Don’t we all… I think that it will be just from the fact that this is supposed to be a global car for Suzuki now, so the one they are getting in Europe is the one we will be getting here (with some engine differences of course)
This article was written when? and Suzuki still hasnt brought us the Swift! What a JOKE guys… I’m so disappointed in Suzuki of America…
