#2 the Bugatti Veyron
Is there any doubt that the Veyron would end up on our top 12 list? It’s one of the fastest, one of the most expensive, and one of the most luxurious cars money can buy today. The Veyron was launched in 2005, and is still the pinnacle of performance and luxury today. Many cars try to beat the Veyron in top speed or 0-60, but the total package of this ride is what makes it special.

The Veyron, designed and developed by Volkswagen and produced by Bugatti Automobiles, sports an 8.0 liter W16 quad-turbocharged engine with a massive 1,000 horsepower. The Super Sport edition pushes that number to 1,200 hp. Any car enthusiast knows the crazy number of radiators, brake size, cost of tires, and about the electronics built in the super intelligent wing, but only 304 people in the world know what it’s like to own one.
