2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 4Matic | Video Review from the Texas Truck Rodeo

The GLA is a new, luxury compact crossover made by Mercedes-Benz. It’s their baseline SUV designed to compete with the BMW X1 and Audi Q3 and shares a platform with Infiniti’s QX30.

The GLA comes in only 2 trims, the GLA 250 and the AMG GLA although you can get the GLA 250 in either 2WD or 4Matic (AWD).

Overall I like the GLA and if you’re cross-shopping it with the BMW, Audi, Lexus, or even the Infiniti – I’d say the Mercedes is a decent choice. If it was my money though, I’d be happy with a Mazda CX3 which won as Compact CUV of Texas
I’d also be happy with the new kid on the block, the Alfa Romeo Stelvio which won as Luxury CUV of Texas. We’ll have a video coming up on that vehicle soon!
