Mark Muller, owner of Max Motors, is upping the anti this time by offering an AK-47 with the purchase of a truck. Muller told CNN in an interview that he will not be giving the weapons away himself but will be giving vouchers with the purchase of a tuck to a gun store that is licensed to sell the guns and will perform background checks necessary.
