The 2024 Subaru Crosstrek is a subcompact crossover that has made a significant impact in the automotive industry since its debut 11 years ago. It holds the record as the fastest-selling vehicle in the history of Subaru of America, with over a million units sold. The Crosstrek is available in four trims: Base, Premium, Sport, and Limited, with prices ranging from $24,995 for the base trim to $30,895 for the limited trim.

On the exterior, the 2024 Crosstrek features a new design that reflects its adventurous spirit. It includes a frameless hexagonal grille, compact headlights, and LED fog lights. The SUV boasts several functional aerodynamic improvements that enhance its performance and stability. It also comes with 17-inch dark gray alloy wheels, a broad-shouldered stance, raised roof rails, and Keyless Access with Push-Button Start. The vehicle’s dimensions include a wheelbase of 105.1 inches, a length of 176.4 inches, 8.7 inches of ground clearance, and a curb weight of 3,296 lbs.

In terms of cargo capacity, the Crosstrek offers 19.9 cubic feet with the seats up and 54.7 cubic feet with the seats folded down, providing ample space for all your storage needs. Under the hood, the base model is equipped with a 2.0-liter Boxer engine generating 152 horsepower and 145 lb.-ft. of torque, coupled with a Lineartronic CVT. The Sport and Limited trims feature a more powerful 2.5-liter Boxer engine that delivers 182 horsepower and 178 lb.-ft. of torque. Additionally, the Crosstrek has a towing capacity of 1,500 lbs.

Inside the vehicle, you’ll find a premium gray cloth interior that exudes comfort and quietness. The 2024 Crosstrek introduces the SUBARU STARLINK® 11.6-inch Multimedia Plus system, which includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration. The high-resolution touchscreen allows for easy customization and seamless control of various multimedia options.

When it comes to the driving experience, the 2024 Crosstrek offers a 10-percent stiffer chassis for improved dynamic performance and ride quality. It features a dual-pinion electronic power steering rack for a more direct and natural steering feel, enhancing responsiveness. The vehicle also includes a driver-selectable X-MODE with Hill Descent Control for better wheel control on slippery surfaces and steep inclines. Additionally, it is equipped with standard Active Torque Vectoring and the SI-Drive performance management system.

Safety is a top priority for Subaru, and the 2024 Crosstrek comes with the latest version of the award-winning EyeSight Driver Assist Technology as standard across all trims. The SUBARU STARLINK® Safety & Security system offers connected services such as Advanced Automatic Collision Notification, SOS Emergency Assistance, Stolen Vehicle Recovery, Vehicle Alerts, and Remote Services, providing convenience and peace of mind to the driver.

In terms of fuel economy, the 2024 Subaru Crosstrek achieves an estimated 27 MPG in the city, 34 MPG on the highway, and a combined rating of 29 MPG.
