SHELBY F-250, 2026 Super Baja Announced
New Lineup of High-Performance Shelby Trucks
Contributor Harold Allen recently received the following press release from Shelby American, and graciously forwarded it to the production team at txGarage.com. With thanks to both Harold and Shelby American, you’ll find the release below. DB
The redesigned Shelby F-250 Baja Truck will feature advanced performance, new suspension, and available customization. The vehicle will be built at Shelby Performance’s new state-of-the-art facility in Bristol, Indiana.
Shelby’s team developed their version of the 4WD vehicle with high quality suppliers in the industry. This version will have a Ford 6.7-liter turbo diesel with advanced technology and superior handling with best-in-class towing.
With the new King Shocks suspension system that increases the ride height and travel, the transformation in the truck’s performance – both on and off the road – is significant. Underpinning the Shelby Super Baja’s modified platform are two-tone 20-inch alloy wheels and BFG 37-inch tires. Also, a new functional air induction hood with painted extraction vents helps both breathing and cooling.
OE style fender flares with marker lights, powder coated bumpers and LED lighting enhance the truck styling. The F-250 Shelby Super Baja has full leather seat covers, digital gauges, embroidered floor mats, and billet racing pedals.
This exciting new truck has an MSRP of $159,795, which includes a fully loaded Lariat Ultimate 4×4, F-250 Super Crew chassis with a 6.7L Hi Output Power Stroke® engine. The truck comes with a three-year, 36,000-mile warranty. The powertrain warranty from Ford Motor Company remains intact.
Manufacturing starting this month with distribution throughout North America; the public debut took place at the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction in Palm Beach, April 16-18 at the South Florida Fairgrounds.
There will be only 250 of this limited production offered through select Shelby Performance dealers across the United States. Each truck will be documented in the official Shelby Registry and owners will become members of Team Shelby, the official enthusiast club.
