COTA OFFERS MOTORCYCLE RACE FANS A FREE PASS THIS WEEK

Free Pass for Motorcycle Race Fans at COTA

AUSTIN, TX – Circuit of the Americas is inviting fans to enjoy MotoAmerica pre-season testing on Wednesday and Thursday (3/23 and 3/24) of this week, free of charge.

The paddock and garage areas will be open to fans from 10am-5pm on both days. Top teams and riders from the series, including MotoAmerica Superbike Champion Cameron Beaubier, will be on hand. In addition, fans can stop at the COTA garage for a chance to win the Ultimate Race Weekend Giveaway, which can be redeemed during the Red Bull Grand Prix of the Americas (April 8-10) of this year. The winners will be the guests of the Monster Energy Graves Yamaha Team for the weekend.

Wayne Rainey, 3-time World Champion and current MotoAmerica president , said the free test days this week “will give our fans a chance to be up close to the action and to our riders and teams in an atmosphere that’s a little bit more laid back than the race weekend.”

The Red Bull Grand Prix of The Americas, April 8-10, will host the world’s premier motorcycle racing championship, MotoGP, and will be complemented by MotoAmerica. The race weekend features the third round of the MotoGP World Championship and the opening round of the MotoAmerica season. Tickets start at $39 for single-day ticket to MotoGP.
