The 2023 Infiniti QX80 Sensory 4WD: A Spacious and Luxurious Ride

The 2023 Infiniti QX80 Sensory 4WD is Infiniti’s flagship SUV with a starting price of $72,700. The vehicle is available in three grade levels: LUXE, PREMIUM SELECT, and SENSORY. The 2023 model also features Infiniti Premium Care, a maintenance program that provides up to three years of inspections, oil changes, and tire rotations.

The QX80’s exterior includes LED headlights and fog lights, roof rails, and power folding heated outside mirrors. The vehicle has a power lifting rear hatch and a storage space of 16.6 cubic feet, which can be expanded up to 95.1 cubic feet with the second and third rows folded. Under the hood, the QX80 is powered by a 5.6-liter V8 engine that produces 400 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque. The engine is paired with a 7-speed automatic transmission and can tow up to 8,500 lbs.

The QX80 SENSORY has quilted, semi-aniline leather appointments and a 12.3-inch Infiniti in-touch display. The vehicle is equipped with a Bose performance 17-speaker audio system, wireless CarPlay and Android Auto integration, and built-in Alexa. The QX80 also features Infiniti all-mode 4WD, hill start assist, trailer sway control, distance control assist, intelligent cruise control, and backup collision intervention. Other safety features include auto-dimming smart rearview mirror, predictive forward collision warning, forward emergency braking, blind spot warning, blind spot intervention, lane departure warning and prevention, and around view monitor with moving object detection.

The QX80 SENSORY starts at $87,450, and the MSRP of the reviewed model was $90,885. Overall, the QX80 is a luxurious SUV with impressive features, but it may not be the best option for those who need more cargo space or prefer a more comfortable driver’s seat. It is recommended to test drive the vehicle to determine if it is the right fit.
