Postponed: Going to the Dogs: European Cycle Sports Hosts Fundraiser for ARFhouse
Update: Postponed
Unfortunately, with the weather, the event has been postponed. Check back with txGarage and we’ll keep you up to date on when this event is going to happen.
The forecast is for rain this Saturday, October 24th, but that shouldn’t dampen (sorry…) your interest in a fundraiser hosted by Plano’s European Cycle Sports. The dealership’s owner, Carl Diehl, is hosting a benefit for ARFhouse, a sanctuary for abandoned and abused dogs located in Sherman. At any one time the shelter will house and care for 350 dogs; as you can guess, that care consumes a lot of food and hours. And all dogs in ARFhouse care are spayed or neutered as they arrive, and are given the medical attention they may need.
As evidenced by the number of pets attending any Cars ‘n Coffee, appreciation of great cars and bikes seems to go hand-in-hand with the enjoyment supplied by our canine friends. And as you enjoy the hospitality of European Cycle Sports – and taking in their selection of BMW, Triumph, Ducati, MV Agusta and Ural motorcycles – know that you’re making a difference in the life of someone else’s next pet. Too easy, right?
