The 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning Lariat is a 4×4 SuperCrew with a 145″ wheelbase, available in four different trims: Pro, XLT, Lariat, and Platinum. The exterior of the truck is characterized by its Premium Geometric Gray-Ion Satin grill and 20-inch alloy dark gray wheels with all-terrain tires. The truck has a wheelbase of 145.5 inches, a length of 232.7 inches, a height of 78.3 inches, a width of 80 inches, and a ground clearance of 8.4 inches. The trunk/hatch/bed of the truck includes a Bedliner-Toughbed Sprayin and a front trunk cargo of 14.1 cubic feet/400 lbs.

The 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning Lariat is powered by a Dual EMotor-Extended Range Battery, which has a single-speed trans. The truck has two inboard motors, one for each axle, which provides 775 lb-ft of torque. The truck has a 230-mile range standard, which increases to 320 miles with the extended-range battery. The standard battery capacity is 98 kWh, while the extended battery capacity is 131 kWh. The truck can be charged at home with a Ford Charge Station Pro in about 10 hours. The lithium-ion pouch battery is liquid-cooled and has an internal battery management system. The extended-range battery provides a maximum payload of 1,952 lbs and a maximum towing capacity of 10,000 lbs with the trailer tow package.

The interior of the truck includes a twin-panel moonroof, and the tech features include a 12″ productivity screen instrument panel, a 15.5-inch portrait-oriented LCD touch screen, SYNC 4A with enhanced voice recognition, and wireless CarPlay and Android Auto. The drive of the truck includes Ford Co-Pilot360 Active 2.0, an Electric Drive E-Lock RR Axle, and a 0-60 mph acceleration time in the mid 4 seconds.

The base price of the 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning Lariat is $67,474, but the Lariat Lightning trim, BSW All-Terrain tires, Max Trailer Tow Package, Bedliner-Toughbed Spray In, and Destination & Delivery bring the full MSRP to $80,739.
