As we talked about earlier Texas is the largest truck market in the US so it is no surprise that the State Fair of Texas is the prime venue to show off new trucks to the market.

More than just the truck, Ford will give us more information on the new 6.7L Scorpion engine. It will be the first Ford diesel engine certified to run on B20 biodiesel and puts ford way ahead of the game on new green technology in the truck market. Edmunds online broke last week that the engine should produce 400 hp and a massive 725 lb-ft of torque so it will be interesting to see what Ford actually announces about this engine. It will also be interesting to see what the MPG ratings on this engine will be and what kind of price the SuperDuty will be sporting.
